With the recent release of the X100v, the cost of F ownership has come down quite a bit and refurbished/second hand examples are starting to fall in price making them a bit of a bargain if you have the funds to consider one.

All Good in the Wood
The best part of wanting to shoot more ‘outdoor' photography is that where I live we have plenty of woodland around us and it’s the perfect way to get out and about - and to lose yourself for an hour or two.
Summertime with the Fujifilm X100F
We’re pretty fortunate living where we do as we have plenty of woodland areas nearby offering some real nice scenery.
Green and more green…
The past few weeks we’ve seen some indifferent weather ranging from 30 degree heat and sun to 100% wet and rainy days. It certainly brings out the colours.
Cemetry Stroll
Getting out and about a bit more now that lockdown restrictions are lifted means making the effort to find somewhere to wander and appreciate the time available to do such. Jeez Camera Gear Buying is such a Waste.
Looking back through the memories that pop up on my Facebook timeline from time to time I came across a photo I had taken back in 2017 with some new gear I’d just bought. Car Meet on Kodak Tri-X 400
Had a few frames left at the end of a roll of Tri-X 400 I’d pushed to 1600 in the Leica M6 and as I was off to a car meeting last weekend thought I’d take it along to finish the roll off. I don’t normally shoot cars on black and white film, I leave … Continue reading Car Meet on Kodak Tri-X 400
